28/ October: Continuous Process Improvement Conference at ainia Imprimir E-Mail

Valencia (Spain), September 11th 2009. Next 28th October, edinn participates in the Continuous Process Improvement Conference , organized by the ainia Technological Center (Paterna, Valencia).  

This conference on Continuous Process Improvement, the key to increase productivity and competitivity, is a technical conference directed to professionals of production and quality management of the food sector. 

The aim of the conference is to present tools and methods to improve, in a stable and continuous way, efficiency and productivity of production processes of the food manufacturers.

We will evaluate and discuss the applied tools, and pay special attention to Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE) and its measurement, how to involve personnel in efficieny measurements and how to select the improvement areas that will lead to increasing productivity.
