Commitment to the clients

edinn always maintains the highest ethic exigencies in its professional work, and only acts in the clients´ interests.  

The ten (10) pillars of edinn's ethic code are:

  1. Do not lie or hide the truth or part of the truth to the client. 
  2. Charge a fair margin and detail prices to demonstrate this. 
  3. Take care of maximum quality in details. 
  4. Commitment to the client and its profitability.
  5. Only recommend those aspects that are profitable for the client.
  6. Do not reveal and do not allow to reveal confidential information about the client and its employees.
  7. Do not accept work of which we are not qualified for.
  8. Do not realize any type of agreement that alters the objectivity and impartiality of the advice given to the client.
  9. Always agree with the client, a priori, remuneration and the way to calculate this, the period, and the product or service.
  10. Do not create expectations that cannot be fulfilled a 100% and fulfill a 100% the commitment to the client.
