Macael (Almería), 30 June 2008. The Andalusian Technological Center for Stone (Centro Tecnológico Andaluz de la Piedra (CTAP)) requests edinn to integrate edinn® M2 with the enterprise resource planning system (ERP) Calcio.

The Andalusian Technological Center for Stone (CTAP), interested in the best techniques on the market regarding continuous improvement of the stone and marble sector, requests edinn to integrate both systems Calcio® (ERP) and edinn® M2.

Calcio® is an enterprise resource planning system (ERP), patented by CTAP. Both systems use SQL data bases and the integration will be realized through the latest and most robust integration technologies: servlets and XML files. In this way, the integration will be compatible with future versions of both systems.

When the integration is finished at the end of July, both systems can be jointly installed. The user only has to configure in one of the two systems, can schedule the production based on the orders introduced in Calcio (ERP) and production orders will be shown directly at the production lines in the factory. Afterwards, once the production is finished, Calcio will be automatically actualised for invoicing.
