Licenses include 1 year of SME´s Maintenance, which includes:

  • Software guarantee 100% error free: in case of incidences, reparation will be free and without consumption of support hours.
  • Limited support through the online support forum, email and telephone: commitment to answer within a previous established term.
  • Free files to update to new versions.  
  • Free assistance to training courses on new functionalities of new versions.

Additional Notes

  • Discounts are available depending on the number of licenses.
  • There is no price difference between directly buying edinn® M2 or buying it from your prescriber or regular dealer.
  • The system can be configured a 100% by the user, including the electric data capture installation. The client has all information (on-line support, manuals, etc.) to realize the total installation and configuration by himself.
