Energy Efficiency has, among others, the following advantages: 
1.    Less production costs because we consume less energy per produced product. 
2.    Contribute to environmental exigencies.
3.    Improve global competitveness. 
4.    Major generation capacity available, which allows to use the electric system for other uses.
5.    Less energy waste and pollution. 


Nowadays being a leading company, energy efficiency in production does not only increase value, it is also a social en environmental obligation. 

Following statistical data on the Spanish industry, energy costs are between 15% and 20%  of total production costs.

Following "The Gren Book" of the UE and the norm EN 16001:2009, Energy Efficiency contributes to:

•    Reduce costs and be therefore more competitive.
•    Reduce environmental impact.
•    Adap to the Kyoto protocol and to reduce CO2 emission.
•    Establish continuous improvement process for a sustainable energy consumption. 
•    Fulfill energy politics developed by the Ministry of Industry and EU.
