Autocontrol Window
Autocontrol Window
You will reach the Autocontrol window by clicking
on the Autocontrol button in the main window. It allows you to consult
and manage the maintenance tasks of the processes.
The Autocontrol window has the
following options (from left to right and from top to bottom):
- To select the period Since -> To.
- If the autocontrol task has an associated
document (visual help, manuals, other applications, etc.), the * button
will be shown which takes us to the document.
- To filter by process
- To filter by team
- To filter by type of task:
- Predictive
- TPM
- Corrective
- Procedure
- To filter by non approved tasks (Not ap.)
- To filter by a specific task field (configured
by the administrator)
- To filter by a certain text. Indicating
<NN> allows to search for those tasks that have a No Nulo field
somewhere. It is possible to combine <NN> with a specific field.
- To filter by periodicity
- To introduce specific task information in the
fields that are configured by the administrator.
- To change the time usage of the task (Mod.) to
Pending, Ok, Warning or Error. Sets time and date when the task is
ended.
- To delete the task and all its fields (Del).
Only for the Administrator.
- To mark the task as started (Start) and set
starting date and time.
- To mark the task as approved (Approv.). This
button is only available for those users that have the Autoctrl. Super.
function, which can be configured in Persons.
The window will show:
- In green, those tasks that should be carried
out at this moment, because they are in their Due Date.
- In yellow, those tasks that have still a
margin before carrying out.
- In red, those tasks that have to be carried
out as quick as possible.
- In orange, those tasks that were not done and
are out of tolerance (+).
- The tasks appear ordered according to the
following criteria:
- By colour: red, green and yellow.
- First the critical items followed by the non
critical items.
- If the task is Critical or if the machine
needs to be stopped before realizing the task, the respective indicated
marks will be activated at the lower part of the window.
- If the user does not have the AutoCtrl.
Superv. function, those tasks that are not performed and that have
passed the tolerance (+) cannot be changed of time usage. The only
information that can be changed is the information in the fields.
