Procedure: justification of the states FAI – PENDING

Below one of the operator procedures is shown in a ready to print version.  

In order to justify an undefined failure time usage (when the system does not have this information automatically), it is necessary to follow the following steps:

1. Click on the time usage FAI – PENDING in the list of time usages.
2. Click on the upper part, where is shown <CLICK HERE>
3. Select the time usage of the process we want to justify.
4. Once we are back in the time window, we click on the MOD (modify) button.
5. The time usage FAI – PENDING will be changed into the time usage that we selected.

Here we see the procedure step by step:

• We click on the white time usage (FAI) and then on the upper red text <CLICK HERE>.

• We select the time usage of the process by which we want to justify the undefined time usage.
