Products configuration

The products configuration window is as following:

The operation of the fields is as following:

• Cod: Code and description of the product.
• Type: production, defective and scrap.
• Equiv.: every production counting is equivalent to how many pieces.
• Weight: weight of each piece (equiv.).
• Group: if this product will be used to group products.
• In %: if production is measured in %. Useful for products with a large cycle time (days or months).
• URL: document or device that will be opened by edinn^® M2 when the operator clicks on the * that appears after having clicked on the product.
• OEE and EP: green and yellow targets of these ratios.
• Fields: allows to define fields for each product.
• Child: indicates the code of the “child” products. It is used when a product is the equivalent of a defective or reworked other product (parent) or if a product consists of other sub-products.
• I/O: allows to define Ins (elements needed to produce) and outs (elements generated when we produce).
