Time Window
You will reach the time window by clicking on the Times button in
the main window. It allows you to inform the system on the different time usages
a process can have.
If the system has all necessary information to see and modify the
time usages of a process, by clicking on the Times button in the main window, we will directly
go to the process times details. If one of the following things occur:
- We did not select a process in the main window.
- We did not assign any team, or we do not belong to any team that is working with the
process at this moment.
- There is no production order assigned yet.
Then, the system will take us to a previous window, so that we can select the information that the system was missing. This is the window:

This selection window allows us to "Find" any imputation of any other period. We can also see these imputations graphically: path, quantities, etc.
Finally, the times window will show us:

The list shows the registries of process time usages obtained from the machines either manually or automatically. The fields are:
- A first column with an * if the state registry has a link to a comment. You will have to click twice in order to go to the comment.
- The code of the time usage.
- The description of the time usage.
- Type of time usage: P (production, green), F (failure, red), I (idle time, yellow), N (not scheduled, grey), D (line dependency, orange), ? (undefined, white).
- The start time and the time of ending.
- The minutes and seconds that passed.
In this window we can, from left to right and from above to below:
- Introduce the failure code or the time usage of the
process in the white field on the left from the text <CLICK HERE>. This is the same as clicking on the text <CLICK HERE> and select the
time usage of the process from a drop-down selection menu.
- /2: divides a time usage by 2. To do so, you need to select the time usage of the list, click this button, and the end time will be asked. This end time should be in between start and end time of the time usage and then 2 time usages will be generated. This allows to justify an idle time by 2 different tasks.
- Once we have selected the time usage of the process, by code or selected from the menu, we should introduce the time to start and the time to end the
time usage.
- Afterwards we can insert (INS), modify (MOD) or delete (DEL) on the list of
time usages. In order to MOD and DEL you should have selected a time usage from the list before.
By clicking on the lower left box (white colour) we will go to the period,
process, team, etc. selection window.
By clicking on the >> button we will go to the product data entry window, without going first to the main window.
ATTENTION: Some functions, like for example deleting
time usages of which you are not the author, or changing the times of beginning en end, or type of
time usage, can only be used if the administrator assigned you these functions
in the personnel configuration.
