Hello,

During installation on a new local server, in step 8. Web Server, after Step 5. Start the service I get an error when trying to start the service manually.

This is the error I get on the Application logs of Windows

The Apache service named reported the following error:
>>> httpd: Syntax error on line 554 of C:/Program Files/edinn/edinnM2/Server/websrv/Apache/conf/httpd.conf: Cannot load C:/Program Files/edinn/edinnM2/server/websrv/php/php7apache2_4.dll into server: No se puede encontrar el m\xf3dulo especificado. .

Hello, sorry if we needed some time to answer you. If you are user with active edinn's maintenance contract, it is more convenient if you use the edinn support from here https://ecloud.edinn.com/support

Apparently, the error is because the Apache service does not find the file php7apache2_4.dll

I see 2 possible reasons for this issue:

1) The file is not on this path: Have you checked that the file is in that path?

2) Apache does not "see" that path. Did you finish correctly all the steps where the setx /M Path are done, as indicated here: https://ecloud.edinn.com/edinnM2/help/server/64_WebServer.html

Sometimes it is necessary to reboot the server for the paths to be updated in the operative system.

We look forward to your comments. Please remember to use edinn's support if you have an active support contract with edinn.
