Highlighted Success Stories: Almirall, INIBSA, and CEOLI.
Throughout 2024, multiple projects have been carried out with Edinn clients, including leading pharmaceutical companies such as Almirall and INIBSA, as well as one of the top special employment centers in the automotive sector: CEOLI.
At Almirall, a two-day training session was conducted on obtaining Edinn indicators (OEE, EP, MTBF) for a dozen new technicians, including both line managers and continuous improvement managers. As a result, improvements were made to the Edinn terminal dashboard, allowing users to select which indicators to display at any given time.
At INIBSA, a new production line was successfully expanded. The key to this project’s success is that it was made 100% operational in less than one week after two work sessions.
At CEOLI, the Edinn Personnel Module was implemented within three days of work. The human factor is the most important aspect at CEOLI. The activity module has allowed them to evaluate worker performance more fairly and establish an incentive system adapted to their employees’ specific characteristics.

CEOLI has proposed enhancements to the Edinn interface to improve user experience, eliminate unnecessary questions, and reduce interaction time with the system.
