MTBF and MTTR
The MTBF indicates which stops are most frequent for a given process, and MTTR indicates the most severe.
MTBF stands for Mean Time Between Failures, the average time between each stop in a process caused by a failure, or in other words, the inverse of the frequency of stops.
MTTR is an acronym for Medium Time To Repair, the average time until a failure is repaired.
